Back in those days, Before Alfred Dent formed North Borneo and introduce all those modern items. The Native of Sabah still remain using their own traditional way in their daily life. This is how the Kadazan, Dusun and Murut people of North Borneo cook their food using bamboo and also serve their food using bamboo and cover with big leaves to prevent insect.
